Jennifer started their career as a Leadership Development Coach at the University of Iowa in Italy, where they provided goal-based coaching to undergraduate business students. Jennifer then worked as an Associate Consultant at CIMBA Business Advisement Srl in Italy, executing a Strategic Human Resources Initiative. Jennifer also had a stint as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Bigshot, where they were responsible for daily operations and financial summaries. Jennifer later founded their own consulting firm, Shift Solutions, specializing in process improvement for small businesses. Moving on, they worked at Spotlight, an analyst relations firm, where they held various positions including Client Partner, Senior Client Partner, and Operations & Growth. In their current role as Director of Operations at Spotlight, Jennifer supports companies of all sizes in building productive relationships with industry analysts.
Jennifer Sheffield has a diverse education history. In 2000, they enrolled at The University of Kansas, where they pursued a degree in French and International Studies. Jennifer attended this institution until 2004. Following this, in 2004-2005, Jennifer studied at La Scuola Leonardo da Vinci, where they obtained an "Advanced Level" fluency certification in Italian Language and indulged in Italian Language and Culture studies. Later on, in 2008-2009, they pursued an MBA degree focused on International Business at both The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and CIMBA.
