Nichole Wright

Nichole Wright is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relations and insights, currently serving as a Senior Client Executive at Spotlight in Analyst Relations since April 2021. Prior to this role, Wright held various positions at Service Management Group from November 2006 to April 2021, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Client Insights, where leadership of a cross-functional team focused on client needs and satisfaction data analysis was key. Wright's earlier experience includes roles at ARAMARK Healthcare, where responsibilities included enhancing patient satisfaction and managing departmental audits. A graduate of Missouri State University, Wright holds degrees in Dietetics and Biomedical Sciences.
