Steve Van Lieshout has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career in 1989 as a Senior Copywriter and Retail Copywriter at P.A. Bergner & Company, and later worked as a Senior Copywriter and Special Assignments at ABD Group. In 1994, they joined Columbian Advertising as a Copy Director, and then moved on to Neoglyphics in 1995, where they served as the Director of Client Services. In 1999, Steve became a Program Manager at Zefer.

From 2001 to 2004, Steve worked as a Principal and Program Manager at Niteo Partners Inc., an NEC Corp. company. Steve continued in a similar capacity at NEC Corporation of America from 2004 to 2010, where they eventually assumed the roles of Principal, Program Manager; Director, Consulting Services; and Enterprise Content Management Practice Lead.

In 2010, Steve joined Acquity Group, which later became part of Accenture Interactive. Steve held the position of Director and Consultant, working with notable clients such as Coca-Cola, General Motors, and Enterprise. Their responsibilities included managing engagements, leading teams, and implementing strategic solutions in the digital space.

Since 2015, Steve has been associated with Spotlight, where they have held various roles. Initially, they served as a Client Executive, then transitioned to the role of Delivery Lead for Enterprise Clients. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Solutions Lead, Insight Intelligence.

Throughout their career, Steve has specialized in enterprise content management solutions, enterprise portal capability solutions, strategic IT planning and roadmap solutions, and content management consolidation, migration, and implementations. Steve has also gained extensive experience in project management, team leadership, consulting, and business development.

Steve Van Lieshout earned their B.A. in Communications - Media from St. Norbert College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Steve then pursued a Masters of Science degree in the Advertising Program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they attended from 1988 to 1989.
