Taylor Roty

Taylor Roty is currently an Associate Client Partner at Spotlight Analyst Relations and serves as the Project Management Lead for the KC Ad Club. Previously, Taylor held roles including Professional Educator at lululemon, where they earned "Employee of the Month" twice, and Vice President Operations for Tri Delta, where they managed a substantial chapter budget and led operational initiatives. Taylor also gained experience as a Social Media Manager for EMI Network and as a Media Planner at MOJO Ad, the first student-staffed advertising agency focusing on the youth market. Taylor holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
