Josh Schwede

Josh Schwede has a long history of experience in the business world. In 2021, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of SPOTLYFE, a personal operating system designed to bring work, life and wellness into view. Josh is also a Member of the Board of Directors for Bongo, a Sector Expert for PeakSpan Capital, and an Advisor for Arist. In 2018, they joined exaqueo as an Advisory Board member. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Vice President of Cornerstone Marketplace, Head of Learning Content, and SVP of Global Sales and Marketing for The Marcus Buckingham Company. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Executive Vice President of QUEsocial. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Vice President of Business Development for HireVue. Finally, from 2004 to 2009, they were the Director of Business Development for HireRight.

Josh Schwede earned their MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2004 and their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Industrial Distribution Management, from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1997.
