Monica Ganeva

Monica Ganeva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and content strategy. Currently serving as Customer Experience Team Lead at SpotMe since August 2017, Monica has also held the position of Customer Experience Specialist. Prior roles include Content Strategist at Tradebird and Content Specialist at Trading 212. Monica's career began at MITRA TRANSLATIONS as Project Manager, and earlier roles at CIEE included Assistant Site Manager and High School Operations Coordinator. Academic qualifications include a degree in Digital Marketing from Software University Sofia and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Monica is also pursuing a Bachelor in French and Romance Languages and Literature at Université libre de Bruxelles.
