Karen Polcaro

Karen Polcaro has extensive work experience in marketing and product management roles. Karen currently holds the position of Vice President of Marketing at SpotOn Fence since December 2021, where they were previously the Marketing Director starting in September 2018. Before joining SpotOn Fence, Karen worked as a Product Manager for Consumer Luminaires at LEDVANCE from October 2016 to September 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Product Marketing Manager for Empower at Fitness EM for over five years, from February 2011 to October 2016. In this role, Karen played a key role in promoting Empower products through various national retailers and media outlets. Karen also gained experience in brand strategy during their time as the Director of Brand Strategy at ADAMS | Advertising, Design, and Marketing Strategy from October 2006 to November 2010. Karen started their career as a Graphic Designer at Erland Construction from July 2002 to October 2006.

Karen Polcaro obtained a Master's degree in Communication from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended the Rhode Island School of Design from 1998 to 2002, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
