Eric Pederson

Eric Pederson has extensive experience in the hospitality and technology sectors, currently serving as an Authorized Dealer for SpotOn Transact, Inc. since May 2021, focusing on helping businesses recover from the pandemic. As CEO and CFO of Coastalpostechs since January 2020, Eric has demonstrated leadership and strategic vision. Previous roles include Implementation Specialist at POS Specialists, Implementation Manager and Project Lead at NCR Local NorCal, Project Manager at Retail Data Systems, and various management positions in the hospitality industry, including Banquet Manager at Adams Mark Hotel and Restaurant Manager at the Brown Palace Hotel. Eric holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Western Illinois University.
