Žilvinas Kilius

Žilvinas Kilius has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Žilvinas has experience as a Director of Engineering at Spotos, where they restructured the department and implemented agile methodologies. Prior to that, they worked as a Head of Development at the same company, where they designed and implemented a freights marketplace platform.

Before joining Spotos, Žilvinas worked at TROBOS.lt as a Chief Technology Officer, where they aligned technical strategy with organizational goals and managed communication with stakeholders. Žilvinas also served as a Technical Team Lead, conducting evaluations and leading a team of PHP and QA engineers.

At Nord Security, they worked as a Technical Team Lead, leading a team of engineers and designing an in-app notifications system. At HELIS, they served as a Team Lead, working on bookkeeping projects, and as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the architecture and implementation of betting sites.

Prior to that, Žilvinas worked as a Software Engineer at NFQ, working on multiple e-commerce projects, and as a PHP Developer at SAST, where they contributed to the development of a centralized check-in management tool. Žilvinas started their career at Hostinger International as a Helpdesk Support, providing comprehensive support to international hosting clients.

Žilvinas Kilius obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Žilvinas also holds additional certifications, including AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services, obtained in March 2018, and Zend Certified Engineer from Zend Technologies, obtained in 2016.
