Zayen Chagra has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2007, they interned at Les Ciments de Bizerte, followed by an internship at Banque Centrale de Tunisie in 2008. In 2011, they worked as an intern at Microsoft Innovation Center Tunisia, where they focused on Windows Phone development and supporting developers. From 2012 to 2017, they served as an R&D Engineer / Associate Professor at ESPRIT, a private high school of Engineering and Technology in Tunisia. During this time, they were involved in teaching and research in the field of Information Technology. In 2017, they worked as a Mobile Development Consultant at COEMY GROUP, contributing to the design and development of iOS and Android applications using Xamarin. Zayen then moved on to Backelite as a Windows UWP Developer, where they worked on projects for Crédit du Nord and Société Générale. Shortly after, they joined Digital & You as a Mobile Development Consultant, specializing in Xamarin and Windows development. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Squirrel mobile as a Web & Mobile Trainer, providing classroom training on various technologies. Currently, they are an R&D Engineer at SPOTPILOT, focusing on research and development in an undisclosed field.

Zayen Chagra began their education in 2006 at the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Mahdia (ISET Mahdia), where they completed a degree in Computer Science as a Computer Technician from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they attended the Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their academic degrees, Zayen Chagra has obtained several certifications. In July 2009, they obtained the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) certification from The TOEFL® test. In July 2012, they achieved the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) certification from the TOEIC® Program. Later in December 2012, they completed the "Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3" certification from Microsoft. In December 2013, they obtained the "Exam 487: Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services" certification also from Microsoft. More recently, they achieved the "AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals" certification in January 2020 and the "AI-900 Azure AI Fundamentals" certification in January 2022, both from Microsoft.
