Toby Armstrong

Toby Armstrong's work experience includes their current position as Managing Director at SpotSee, where they have been since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SpotSee as the Operations Manager from October 1997 to March 2022. Before joining SpotSee, Toby worked at TMC Hallcrest, starting in October 1997 as the Laboratory Manager, responsible for production and quality testing. Toby then became the Technical Manager, overseeing R&D projects, and later transitioned into the role of Technical Sales Manager. Toby also has experience as a Leading Technician at Safepharm Laboratories, where they conducted analytical tests, and as a Shift Analytical Chemist at ConocoPhillips, where they monitored processes and tested petroleum products.

Toby Armstrong obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, Toby has acquired several certifications related to strategic thinking, project management, productivity, Six Sigma, change management, lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and statistics. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with completion dates ranging from 2023 to 2024.
