Frank Eekhout

Frank Eekhout serves as the Head of Recruitment at Spotta since October 2023, overseeing the recruitment of approximately 14,000 delivery personnel annually through various campaigns. Previously, Frank worked as a Project Coordinator for the modernization of recruitment and onboarding processes at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from April 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that role, experiences include serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Yacht, where Frank developed talent acquisition strategies, and roles at Randstad Professionals and Pruijs & Partners Executive Search, among others. Frank began a career in recruitment with several managerial positions in the hospitality sector and has a foundational education in various institutions, culminating in a HAVO degree from Raayland College.
