Yme Pasma

Yme Pasma currently serves as CEO of Spotta since May 2020 and is also the owner of S15 BV, where responsibilities include strategy consulting and interim management for Audax from 2016 to 2017. Previously, Yme held the position of COO at Royal FloraHolland from November 2017 to April 2020 and served as Director of Parcels Benelux and Managing Director of Consumer Market & Retail at PostNL between October 2012 and July 2016. Additional experience includes managing director roles at Netwerk VSP from January 2011 to May 2014 and at TNT Post Retail BV from January 2004 to December 2010. Yme holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design and Engineering from Delft University of Technology (1987-1993) and is pursuing additional studies at Harvard Business School since 2012.
