Vibha S began their work experience as a Technical Recruiter Intern at Dalvkot Utility Enterprises Private Limited in July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating with the technical panel, understanding their requirements, and defining job positions. Vibha also conducted resourcing, screening, and shortlisting of resumes through various job portals and internal references. Based on desired skills and experience, Vibha shortlisted resumes for further consideration. Vibha completed this internship in November 2021. In August 2022, Vibha joined Spottabl as the Lead - Recruitment Delivery, and their tenure with the company is ongoing.

Vibha S pursued their Bachelor's degree in Bachelors of Business Administration Honors from Christ University, Bangalore, from the year 2019 to 2022. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from Coursera.
