Balaji Sridhar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Balaji is currently the Director of Analytics - Creator (Customer) Insights at Spotter since June 2022. Previously, they were the Director of Analytics at Spotter from June 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Spotter, Balaji worked at PwC as the Manager (Acting) of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory from February 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant in the same department from September 2018 to February 2020.

Balaji also has experience at Endeavor as a Finance and Strategy Consultant for Endeavor Content from June 2018 to August 2018. Balaji worked at Universal Pictures as a Global Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis from June 2017 to May 2018.

In their early career, Balaji gained valuable experience from various roles at GE Power. Balaji served as a Strategic Sourcing Leader, a Production Supervisor, a Global Production Planner, and a Manufacturing Engineer as part of the Operations Management Leadership Program from 2014 to 2016.

Additionally, Balaji has interned at Target as a Distribution Engineering Intern in 2013 and at GE as a Business Team Leader in 2012. Balaji started their professional journey at GE in 2011 as a Process Improvement Engineer and also worked in the Sourcing - Support & Digitization role in 2010.

Balaji Sridhar obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Balaji also completed a minor in Film and Media Studies during their time there, from 2009 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance and Business of Entertainment from USC Marshall School of Business between 2016 and 2018.
