Mehul Trivedi

Mehul Trivedi is currently the EVP, Head of Product at Spotter. Prior to this, they were the Head of Product, Global Revenue Platforms at Twilio Inc. from October 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Exchange/Marketplace Platforms, Product Management at LendingTree from April 2017 to October 2020.

Mehul has extensive experience in product management and engineering. At Twilio, they were responsible for the global roadmap of revenue platforms across Twilio's services. This included usage analytics, billing, pricing, order configs, account lifecycle, taxes, payments and post billing activities. Mehul also oversaw customer facing, internal & external, self-service portals covering those activities.

Mehul was also responsible for cross platform improvements across 8 product categories. Mehul created a deep roadmap and backlog using quantified analysis of market, competitive landscape, segmentation and accurate customer persona to pursue most profitable segments and highest growth investments. Additionally, they built predictive analytics (machine learning) based models for better lead matching with lenders and improved revenue shares; using SVM and regression analysis.
