Michael Marchand

Michael Marchand serves as General Counsel at Spotter, Inc. since September 2024, overseeing the legal function and providing risk assessments and business advisement on various laws and regulations. Michael is also a Charter Member of TechGC since June 2018, participating in a peer community for General Counsels. Previously, Michael held the positions of Deputy General Counsel and Head of Legal at Headspace, where responsibilities included handling legal workstreams for financing rounds and M&A activity. Michael's earlier experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Conkle, Kremer & Engel and Blakely Law Group, focusing on civil litigation and intellectual property disputes. Michael earned an MBA and a J.D. from Pepperdine University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of San Diego.
