Suby Philip is a seasoned risk management and analytics leader with over 20 years of experience in the payments and lending sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Underwriting and Portfolio Management at Spotter, Suby has previously held significant roles at American Express, including Director of Consumer Portfolio Risk Management and Senior Manager of Small Business Risk Management. Suby developed innovative data-driven strategies and led global analytic teams focused on optimizing business outcomes. They earned a Master’s degree in Statistics from Stony Brook University and are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics at the same institution.
