John Erbach

John Erbach is an experienced attorney and shareholder at Spotts Fain, P.C., where John focuses on business litigation matters, including intellectual property litigation and employment disputes. Prior to their current role, John served as an Associate for Chesterfield County School Board and as a Law Clerk for various U.S. District Court Judges. John also worked as an Associate at Williams Mullen, handling mass tort and complex litigation cases. With a JD from the University of Richmond School of Law, John has a strong background in law and a BS in Psychology from William & Mary.
