Kevin Conrad

Kevin Conrad is the Manager of Field Services at Spotts, Stevens and McCoy. Kevin has extensive experience in construction observation services for various projects and has served as an elected official for the Borough of West Reading, including terms as Vice President and President of the Borough Council. Kevin holds a BA in Environmental Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and an Associates Degree in Wildlife Management from Penn State University.
