Matthew V. Pugliese

Matthew V. Pugliese is a Graduate Engineer at Spotts, Stevens and McCoy. Prior to this, Matthew V. worked as a Track and Field Coach at Bishop McDevitt High School and as a Project Surveyor at Bryant Associates, Inc. Matthew V. has also held positions at companies such as Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc., McCormick Taylor, Inc., h2 Engineering & Surveying, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
