Charles Spottswood

After graduating from Key West High School, Chas attended the University of Florida M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management. Upon Graduating with a B.S. in Building Construction, Chas began his career working for Coastal Construction. Chas later returned to the University of Florida M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management earning his Master's Degree in Construction Management. Chas continued working for Coastal Construction for another four years on multiple projects ranging from $35 million to $235 million per project. During this time Chas worked as assistant superintendent, project engineer and assistant project manager.

Chas is experienced with project planning and management from start to finish. Additionally Chas has experience working with owners, developers, design professionals, building official and contractors.

Chas also is a Certified General Contractor CGC# 1522391, LEED GA and now is Vice President and qualifying agent for Keystar Inc., a Construction Management and General Contracting company on residential, multifamily, commercial, marine and hospitality projects.
