Anthony Collinson

Anthony Collinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Spotzer Digital since December 2022, Anthony has led transformative projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and optimizing production processes. Previously, as Localisation Operations Manager at Catawiki, Anthony analyzed and improved localisation processes, implementing standardized guidelines for content quality. Their tenure at Spotzer Digital from June 2015 to September 2021 included roles as Head of Customer Experience for the EU and US, where strategies focused on driving revenue and strengthening partnerships. Anthony's diverse background also includes significant positions at Arrow Internet Pty Ltd, Sensis, Telstra, and iiNet, complemented by entrepreneurial experience as the Sole Business Owner of Couchlife. Anthony holds a Diploma of Education in Business/Commerce from Auckland University of Technology.
