Monika Rappe

Monika Rappe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Monika began their career at Siemens AB as a Product Manager in 1997, where they worked until 2000. Following that, they joined Mckinsey as a Management Consultant and played a crucial role until 2008.

In 2008, Monika joined SPP as Head of Lean, and later became the COO from 2009 to 2011. Monika then moved on to SPP/Storebrand as the Head of Unit Link insurance, where they worked from 2011 until 2013.
