Alec Torch has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Alec started their professional journey as an intern at DragonID, LLC in 2013, followed by an IT intern role at Cleveland Hillel Foundation in 2014. In 2015, Alec had an internship at Osteosymbionics.

Alec's engineering career kicked off at Zimmer Biomet in 2017, where they served as a Packaging Engineer until 2019. During this time, they focused on ensuring safe and efficient packaging for medical devices.

In 2022, Alec worked as an Associate Design Engineer at JALEX Medical, LLC for a brief period before moving on to SPR Therapeutics, Inc. in 2023. At SPR Therapeutics, they took on the position of a Product Design Engineer, demonstrating their expertise in designing innovative products.
