Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to 2023. Elizabeth started as a Tutor at Bowling Green State University-Firelands from May 2016 to June 2017. Elizabeth then worked as a Cashier at ACE Hardware from October 2015 to July 2017. In 2019, they interned as an Accounting Intern at Fisher-Titus Medical Center for 3 months, where they assisted with accounting tasks and maintained financial records. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Server/Bartender at Beckett's Burger Bar, where they provided excellent customer service and handled cash transactions. In 2020, they joined Cleveland Clinic as an Appointment Center Patient Service Specialist until October 2020, where they coordinated patient care and resolved issues. Elizabeth then transitioned to Amazon in April 2021 as an Area Manager, leading and developing a team to achieve operational excellence and customer service. Elizabeth was promoted to Area Manager II in July 2022 and continued in that role until May 2023. Currently, Elizabeth is working as a Sales Operations Supervisor at SPR Therapeutics, Inc., starting from May 2023.
