Jeff Waterman has a diverse work experience in engineering and education. Jeff is currently employed as a Product Engineer at SPR Therapeutics, Inc. starting from November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lumitex, Inc. for a significant duration. During this time, they also obtained certifications as a Certified Solidworks Associate (CSWA) from Dassault Systemes in February 2011 and as a Certified Electronics Technician from ETA International in April 2012.

Following their time at Cuyahoga Community College, Jeff continued their education at Cleveland State University from 2012 to 2014. Jeff pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, further specializing in their chosen field.
