Michelle McDonald, MBA, has a strong background in marketing and strategic planning in the medical device industry. Michelle is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at SPR Therapeutics, Inc., where they focus on developing and commercializing non-opioid, minimally invasive treatment options for chronic and acute pain. Prior to this role, Michelle held senior positions at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., where they directed peripheral marketing and marketing communications. Michelle also served as the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing and Communications at the company.
Before their time at Cardiovascular Systems, Michelle worked at Medtronic, where they held the position of Director of Heart Failure Commercialization. In this role, they led global marketing commercialization for the $1.3 billion global CRT business, including the development and execution of marketing strategies, product launches, and campaigns. Michelle was also responsible for managing the $758 million CRT US franchise.

At St. Jude Medical, they led the Heart Failure franchise internationally and managed marketing teams in various geographies. Michelle also served as the Marketing Manager for the International Division, where they developed global marketing launch plans and collaborated with the operations team on inventory and sales forecasting. At Boston Scientific CRM, Michelle worked as a Senior Product Manager, leading marketing efforts for LV leads and CRT-D heart failure devices.
