Tom Flaherty

Tom Flaherty has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Tom started their career at Eastern Associated Coal Corp as a Sales Representative in 1977. In 1983, they joined Sprague Energy as a Coal Sales Manager and worked there until 1999. From 2000 to 2014, they held various roles at Sprague Energy, including Vice President Sales and Vice President Refined Products.

Tom Flaherty obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from UMass Boston, where they studied from 1973 to 1977. Tom later pursued higher education at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. Tom completed their MBA studies from 1985 to 1986.
