Yanhong Dai, MSA, CPA has over a decade of work experience in various accounting and financial roles. They started their career as a College Physics Lecturer at Kingwood College before transitioning to the field of accounting. They worked as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire while completing their Master's in Accounting. Following their education, Yanhong worked as an Advanced certified IRS tax preparer at the IRS and then as an Accountant at Howe, Riley & Howe, PLLC. They further gained experience as a Senior Accountant and later as a Manager of SEC & Financial Reporting at Sprague Operating Resources LLC, a major energy supplier in the Northeast. Yanhong then worked at Nuance Communications as a Manager of SEC reporting and Technical Accounting, and later at Connection as a Senior Manager of SEC reporting and Technical Accounting. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Controller and Head of Accounting Department at Sprague Operating Resources LLC. Yanhong Dai's broad experience includes financial reporting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, and project management. They are known for their expertise in compliance, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Yanhong Dai, MSA, CPA, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, which was obtained between the years 2010 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics at Eastern Michigan University from 2004 to 2007. Yanhong also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Hubei Normal University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained their CPA certification from NASBA in February 2013.
