Claire Rose

Claire began her legal career in 1993 at a Daventry firm, before moving to work at a Banbury solicitors in 1996. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 2005, is a Fellow of CIlex and after a career break to focus on her family, Claire joined the Banbury team of Spratt Endicott’s Residential Property department in January 2015. She was promoted to Associate in 2021

Claire has a varied legal background, previously dealing with Criminal Law, Family and Matrimonial, and Wills and Probate. Prior to joining Spratt Endicott, she was dealing with Probate applications and residential conveyancing (both sales and purchases). Her main area of expertise is residential conveyancing.

Claire offers her clients a high level of professionalism and guidance in a friendly and approachable way. Claire has assisted hundreds of her clients on a number of conveyancing matters. ​
