Clare Gardner

Clare Gardner is a Conveyancer in the Brackley Office at Spratt Endicott. Clare has particular experience in Freehold sales and purchases, Leasehold sales and purchases, Shared ownership transactions, Remortgages, New build properties and Transfer of Equity.

Clare started her career at Spratt Endicott as an Inception Clerk in 2006. Clare has since, during her time at Spratt Endicott, worked in our Residential Property Department and dealt with Property Recoveries within our Dispute Resolution Department.

In 2017, Clare successfully completed her CLC course and became a Conveyancer.
