Emma Rolfe

Emma Rolfe joined the Spratt Endicott Private Capital Team in Bicester as a Solicitor in April 2017. In June 2020 she passed her STEP Diploma, becoming a full STEP member. She was promoted to Associate in 2021

Emma started her career in 2010 as a paralegal at Hugh James Solicitors, Cardiff specialising in NHS Funded Continuing Healthcare matters. She qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and prior to joining Spratt Endicott worked in the niche field of mental health and mental capacity law. As part of that role she represented clients detained under the Mental Health Act in hospital and assisted incapacitated clients with cases before the Court of Protection in both finance and health and welfare matters. She was accredited by the Law Society for her work in mental health law.

Since joining Spratt Endicott Emma now specialises in the full range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, deputyships and Court of Protection work.
