Brian Outtrim

Brian Outtrim is an experienced manager with a diverse background in operations and leadership across various industries, including food service, retail, and construction. Currently serving as General Manager for Spray Foam Genie since 2023, Brian has successfully established foundational systems and brand awareness in a start-up franchise environment. Previously, as Store Manager at Follett Higher Education, Brian achieved profitability for the first time in seven years while managing merchandise for a significant student population. Prior roles include General Manager at Cape Leisure Corporation, where Brian led a $1.5 million business unit, and multiple leadership positions within the seafood restaurant industry, demonstrating a consistent ability to drive growth and manage teams effectively. Brian holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Valencia College.
