Dustin Haefele-Tschanz

Dustin Haefele-Tschanz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the engineering field. Dustin is currently working at Spreedly as a Software Engineer II since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Spreedly from June 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Spreedly, Dustin worked at AuditDeploy as a Software Engineer from March 2020 to May 2021. Dustin also gained experience as a Student at Thinkful from April 2019 to September 2019.

Dustin's earlier work experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at Huber Engineered Woods from April 2017 to April 2019. In this role, they successfully solved technical problems, conducted statistical analysis, and led production teams in improving plant efficiency through training and programming modifications.

Prior to that, Dustin worked at Cargill in various roles. Dustin served as a Project Engineer from February 2015 to April 2017, focusing on designing and directing installation of new equipment. Dustin also worked as a Production Supervisor from February 2014 to February 2015, overseeing a team of operations personnel and managing schedules. Dustin started their career at Cargill as a Production Management Engineer from May 2013 to February 2014.

Dustin began their engineering career as an Engineering Co-Op at Cargill from January 2012 to August 2012. Dustin also gained valuable experience as a Process Engineering Intern at Bayer from May 2010 to August 2010.

Dustin Haefele-Tschanz completed a Full Stack Web Development program at Thinkful in 2019. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2013, they attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Dustin also received the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022.
