Jenny Nguyen has a diverse background in IT systems administration and support. Jenny started their career as an IT Support Technician at North Carolina State University in 2019, where they provided desktop computing support, managed inventory, and promoted the use of cloud services. Jenny then joined Q2ebanking in 2020 as an IT Support Technician II, where they served as a help desk and systems admin for the Infrastructure Operations team.
