Jenny Nguyen

Jenny Nguyen has a diverse background in IT systems administration and support. Jenny started their career as an IT Support Technician at North Carolina State University in 2019, where they provided desktop computing support, managed inventory, and promoted the use of cloud services. Jenny then joined Q2ebanking in 2020 as an IT Support Technician II, where they served as a help desk and systems admin for the Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, they supported various systems and software, responded to support requests, led onboarding sessions for new hires, and handled offboarding tasks. Currently, Jenny is working at Spreedly as an IT Systems Administrator. Jenny started as an IT Coordinator in 2021 and was later promoted to Associate IT Systems Administrator. Jenny'sresponsibilities at Spreedly include triaging internal helpdesk requests, administering applications, writing IT documents, automating onboarding and offboarding workflows, and collaborating with different departments to create automated forms and ticketing systems.

Jenny Nguyen completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Information Technology, from North Carolina State University. Jenny attended the university from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Jenny has obtained additional certifications. Jenny completed the BetterCloud Administrator Fundamentals Class offered by BetterCloud in December 2021. Earlier, in October 2019, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Access 2016 Introductory from MyITLab.
