Micah K. has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

Starting in 2011, Micah worked as a Camp Counselor at Wabanna Camp & Conference Center. In 2012, they served as a Cashier at Cracker Barrel and as a Sales Associate at Staples.

Micah then transitioned to the IT field, working as an IT Support at Automated Medical Systems in 2013. They later joined EnPro Industries Inc. as a Service Desk Analyst for a short period in 2014.

In the same year, Micah began their tenure at Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company, where they held multiple roles. They started as a Service Desk Analyst/PC Technician and then became a Server Administrator. Finally, they served as a Desktop Support Systems Engineer.

In 2018, Micah joined PrecisionLender as a Systems Administrator. Their responsibilities included providing help desk support, configuring computers, supporting various systems, and drafting help desk wiki articles.

In 2019, Micah moved to Q2, where they initially worked as an Application Support Analyst for PrecisionLender and later as a Systems Administrator.

Since 2021, Micah has been working at Spreedly. They started as an IT Systems Administrator, specializing in automating IT and cross-company processes. Currently, Micah holds the position of Senior IT Systems Administrator.

Micah K. began their education at Central Virginia Community College in 2009, where they studied General Education. In 2010, they transferred to the University of Maryland and focused on Linguistics. They attended the University of Maryland until 2012.

In 2011, Micah K. also started studying at William & Mary, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Linguistics. Additionally, they were studying Computer Science and Arabic at William & Mary. They completed their studies at William & Mary in 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree.

In terms of certifications, Micah K. obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in March 2015. They also earned the Jamf Certified Associate certification from Jamf in February 2021. Their most recent certification is the Jamf Certified Endpoint Security Associate Exam - English, which they obtained from Jamf in July 2023.
