Kwan Chan

Kwan Chan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product management, coaching, design, and innovation. They are currently working as a Product Manager at Spriggy since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach at Startmate from July 2021 to September 2021. From September 2020 to August 2021, Kwan was a Product Manager at OpenLearning Limited (ASX:OLL). They also served as a Product Manager at ReachOut Australia from September 2017 to September 2020. In addition to their product management roles, Kwan worked as a Product Management Mentor at Academy Xi from June 2018 to October 2019 and as a User Experience Designer at Academy Xi in August 2017. Before that, they held multiple roles at DisruptSports.com, including Product Design Lead from April 2016 to July 2017, Product Designer from July 2015 to April 2016, and Graphic Designer from November 2014 to July 2015. Kwan Chan has a Bachelor of Design in Integrated Product Design from the University of Technology Sydney. In 2021, Kwan attended Reforge and completed programs in Mastering Product Management and Monetisation + Pricing, both focused on Product Management. Kwan also obtained a certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in July 2019. Additionally, Kwan has attended Academy Xi for User Experience Design, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown.
