Giuliana Cori

Giuliana Cori has a diverse work experience in the marketing and nutrition fields. Giuliana started their career as a Nutritional intern at Centro de Saúde Escola Geraldo de Paula Souza (FSP/USP) in February 2014 and later had internships at the University of São Paulo and Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina FMUSP. In June 2017, they became the Coordinator of projects and a Nutritional Marketing specialist at Oraculum - Inteligência em Nutrição e Saúde. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of a Nutritionist within the same company. In February 2022, Giuliana joined Ayalla | Insumos Farmacêuticos e Ingredientes as a Senior Market Development Analyst until September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Junior Marketing Coordinator at SPRIM PRO since March 2023.

Giuliana Cori's education history begins in 2009 when they completed a Técnico em Alimentos degree in Processamento e Tecnologia de Alimentos from Senai São Paulo. From 2009 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Alimentos, Nutrição e Saúde from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. During this time, they also obtained a Licenciatura degree in Dietética from Polytechnic of Leiria in 2013-2014. In 2015-2016, Giuliana pursued an Especialização degree in Nutrição Esportiva from Centro Universitário São Camilo. Most recently, in 2018-2019, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

In addition to their formal education, Giuliana Cori has obtained two certifications. In October 2014, they received an edX Honor Code Certificate for Food for Thought from edX. In March 2014, they also earned an edX Honor Code Certificate for Science & Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science, also from edX.
