Jorge Octavio Serrano Torres

Jorge Octavio Serrano Torres has been working at SPRIM since September 2020 as an Assistant de Proyecto IQM. Prior to this, Jorge Octavio held the position of Químico en Alimentos at Facultad de Química - UNAM from August 2014 to May 2022. Jorge Octavio studied at Facultad de Química UNAM from August 2013 to August 2019, earning a degree in Químico de Alimentos, Ciencia y tecnología de los alimentos.
