Maite Buxens Azcoaga is currently the Medical Science Manager at SPRIM, where Maite is responsible for the development of medical/scientific projects. Prior to this, Maite worked as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant in Regulatory Affairs at McCrowley and Hughes. Maite also completed an internship in Regulatory Affairs at SYLENTIS - Zeltia Group and was a member of the LUCA Science Hub Scientific Panel. Maite has a strong educational background with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, a Master's Degree in Regulatory Affairs, and additional courses in Biotechnology and Law.
