Charles Torrez

Charles Torrez has a diverse work experience in sales and leadership roles. Charles is currently the Director of Sales at Spring Air International and was previously the Director of Sales, East Coast at Intellibed. Charles also worked as the Director of L&D at Spring Air International. Charles has extensive experience in talent planning, training, and business analysis. Prior to that, they held positions at Mattress Firm, including Director of Divisional Talent Planning and Regional Development Director. Charles also worked at Sleep Train as a District Manager, District Training Manager, and Regional Training Manager, where they organized events, facilitated training programs, and managed staffing requirements.

Charles Torrez completed their high school education at Central Kitsap High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in March 2019.
