Founded in 2023, Spring Childcare Agency provides high-quality temporary Early Years Practitioners to nurseries across York, Leeds, and the surrounding areas. We support settings with reliable cover for staff absences, illness, holidays, or sudden demand.

Our mission is to deliver flexible, dependable childcare staffing that helps nurseries maintain outstanding care standards. We work with both qualified and experienced unqualified practitioners to ensure every shift is filled by capable, passionate educators.

We offer fair, competitive rates. Nurseries benefit from our low overheads and transparent pricing; practitioners earn above-average pay, with perks like holiday pay, free lunches, and uniforms. Book a free discovery call on our website and receive a complimentary first shift—see how easy our processes are, and the quality of our educators.

We carefully vet each new team member for experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm for early years care. All staff complete our Safeguarding Training and a trial shift with one of our trusted partner nurseries.

Let’s connect! Whether you're a nursery manager needing flexible cover or an early years practitioner looking for fulfilling and flexible work, Spring Childcare Agency is here to support you.
