Derek McKinley

Derek McKinley, MBA has a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Derek is currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Spring Education Group since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis at the same company from October 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Spring Education Group, Derek worked at IQVIA as an Associate Director, Finance from October 2020 to September 2021. Derek also served as a Manager, Finance from November 2019 to October 2020 and as a Senior Financial Analyst from October 2017 to November 2019.

Earlier in their career, Derek worked at Balfour Beatty Investments as a Staff Accountant from April 2016 to October 2017, and at Spectra by Comcast Spectacor as a Staff Accountant from July 2013 to April 2016.

Throughout their various roles, Derek has gained valuable experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting.

Derek McKinley holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in MCPM from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Derek completed this degree from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, College of Business Administration between 2008 and 2012.
