Paul Saurbier

Paul Saurbier is an accomplished senior leader in the mortgage lending industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as SVP - Strategy, SVP - Wholesale, and VP of National Sales - Wholesale at Spring EQ since January 2019, Paul plays a vital role in establishing a new third-party lending channel at the nation's premier non-bank home equity lender. Previous positions include VP of Market Development at Rocket Pro TPO, VP of Sales and Operations at Providential Bancorp, and various leadership roles at Indymac Bank, HSBC, Key Bank, NationsBank, and GE Capital. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from Northern Illinois University and has received multiple industry awards for excellence in performance.
