Roshni Joshi

Roshni Joshi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, account management, and technical support. Currently serving as Product Manager II at Spring EQ since July 2020, Roshni previously held roles at IBM as a Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included enhancing client experience and driving product quality improvements. Roshni has a solid foundation in account management, demonstrated while managing client relations and project execution at Expo Logic and Therapy Source, Inc., where Roshni also progressed through various internal promotions. Earlier career experiences at Pulte Homes and Coldwell Banker Preferred provided additional expertise in sales, marketing, and client relations. Roshni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Temple University.
