Medical Director at Spring Fertility

Monica Pasternak has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at NBC News in 2005. Monica then worked as a Research Assistant at The Century Foundation from 2006 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Resident Physician at Yale New Haven Hospital. From 2016 to 2019, Monica was a Clinical Fellow at Weill Cornell Medicine. Monica currently serves as the Medical Director at Spring Fertility.

Monica Pasternak has an extensive educational background. Monica began their studies at Columbia University, where they earned a BA in Middle East and Asian Languages and Cultures in 2006. Monica then attended the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 2012. During their time there, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 2011. Monica then went on to the Yale University School of Medicine, where they completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2016 and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in the same program. Finally, they completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility Residency Program at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences in 2019.
