Theresa Lee

Theresa Lee has worked in the healthcare field since 2002. Theresa began their career as a Registered Nurse Labor Delivery at WellStar Health System in 2002. Theresa then worked as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Dr. Jennifer Wu, PC-OB/GYN in 2004, and an IVF RN Coordinator at Columbia University Center for Women's Reproductive Care in the same year. In 2006, Lee became a Care Manager at WIN Healthcare. Theresa then worked as an Assistant Nurse Manager at International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice (IMSMP) from 2010 to 2012. Lee returned to WIN Healthcare in 2012 as a Manager, Care Management and Care Manager. Theresa was promoted to Director, Clinical Services in 2016. In 2018, Lee began working as a Nursing Administrator at Weill Cornell Medicine. Most recently, Lee was appointed Director of Clinical Operations at Spring Fertility in 2021.

Theresa Lee obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Long Island University and a Master of Science in Women's Health Nurse/Nursing from Emory University.
