André Singer

Chief Creative Officer at Spring Films

André Singer is the current Chief Creative Officer at Spring Films. André has held this position since February 2011. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Creative Director at West Park Pictures from March 2001 to February 2011. From January 2000 to December 2003, they served as the Senior Vice President of Factual at Alliance Atlantis. André also served as the President of the Royal Anthropological Institute from January 2014 to December 2018. From January 1999 to December 2002, they were the SVP of Factual at Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting. Additionally, they were a Council Member at P.A.C.T. (Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television) from January 1992 to December 2006. André has also served as the CEO of Café Productions from January 1992 to December 2001. Lastly, they were the Editor of Independent Documentaries at BBC from January 1989 to December 1991.

André Singer has a diploma in social anthropology from the University of Oxford, a B.Litt from Buckland, and a D.Phil. in anthropology from the University of Oxford.
