The leadership team at Spring Films has a lot of experience in the industry, with the President Emeritus and President both coming from the Royal Anthropological Institute. The CEO and Creative Director also has a lot of experience, coming from West Park Pictures. The team is also very educated, with the President Emeritus and President both having degrees from the University of Oxford in Anthropology and the CEO and Creative Director having a degree from the University of Southern California in Anthropology.
